Ingredients

 

  • 40g (4 yellow scoops) of protein powder
  • 250g almond flour
  • 100g coconut oil
  • 2tsp ginger
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tbs honey/agave/molasses
  • Serves 8-10
 

Method

 
  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blitz on full power until smooth
  • Pour into your glass and enjoy
    Optional, sprinkle an extra bit of granola on top for some added crunch!
