85g ground almonds
4 scoops Protein World Cookies & Cream Slender Blend protein powder
5 large dates, pitted
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp sea salt
Splash of water
80g dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
Blend all the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a food processor until mixture resembles cookie dough, adding just enough water for it to come together (don't over process and make nut butter!). If it gets too wet, add a bit more protein powder or ground almonds until firm. Hand mix in the chocolate chips and chill for thirty minutes.
Shape the cookies by either rolling into balls with damp hands.
Add optional toppings (oreos, biscuits, chocolate etc.)
Refrigerate until completely firm.
