Ingredients
• 50g Slender Vegan Pancake Mix • 100ml almond milk • 1 tsp lemon juice • 2 tsp poppyseeds • 50g Coconut yoghurt • 20g Slender Mixed Fruit Granola • ½ banana |
Method
- Add all the dry ingredients together into a mixing bowl and combine
- Add in the coconut oil, egg, milk and honey and mix together using your hands until a dough is formed
- Sprinkle some extra almond flour on a clean surface and roll out your dough until it is 1cm thick
- Use cutters to cut out your cookies and place of a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake at 180 for 10-15 minutes until they are golden brown
