A smoothie bowl perfect all year round. We added pecans which are rich in 
protein, healthy fats, and fibre as well as being a good source of calcium, magnesium, and potassium, which help lower blood pressure and increase satiety. 
 
Add all ingredients into a high power blender or food processor and blitz until smooth and creamy.

Pour smoothie into a jar or bowl - add toppings if desired!
