SPICED VANILLA CHAI OATS

 

Ingredients

 

  • 50g Slender Vanilla Porridge 
  • 1 black tea bag 
  • 150 ml coconut milk 
  • 1 tsp chai spice (or ½ tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp ginger, ¼ tsp nutmeg and a dash of cloves)

 

Method

 
                          Warm coconunt milk in a pan with the tea bag.
Brew for around 5 minutes before stirring in the oats and spices
Cook on a medium-low heat until thickened.
Top with chopped pear and a drizzle of almond butter
The ingredients used in chai are known for boosting heart health, reducing blood sugar levels, aiding digestion and help with weight loss. This breakfast is not only tasty but good for you too!
