Method
Indulgent, chocolatey & packed full of protein and carbs to help you bulk! Easy to make and delicious to eat, these are the perfect post workout treat!
- Preheat oven to 180C and line a loaf tine with parchment paper.
- In a microwavable bowl combine the sugar, water and chocolate and gently heat the mixture over a pan of simmering water. Once chocolate has melted, allow to cool slightly.
- Whisk in the oil and eggs to the chocolate mix. In a separate bowl, add the flour, whey protein, baking powder and salt.
- Combine the dry and wet ingredients and stir until combined – do not over mix.
