How do I use the Slender blend?
You use four scoops, in 400ml of water or any nut based milk - preferably unsweetened. It can be used a meal replacement or a post-workout shake! For more information, click here.
What the average amount of weight I can lose with your weight loss products?
Most of our customers lose between 2-4 pounds per week, depending on how many shakes you are consuming per day and whether you are still having a balanced diet and/or exercising.
Can women and men use Protein World products?
Absolutely! Every single one of our products can be used by either men or women.

I'm a UK Customer, when will my order arrive?
If you've placed your order under next day delivery, as long as it was placed before 3pm, you'll receive your goodies the next working day. If placed after 3pm, within 2 working days. If you've placed your order under standard shipping, it will be delivered within 2-5 working days!

Can I make changes to my order?
To ensure you recieve your order as soon as possible, we start working on it straight away. This means we are unable to make any changes to an order once it's been placed!

How do I incorporate the boosters into my day?

Can I have a healthy meal for lunch and shake for dinner instead?
The Slender Plan is designed to work around you. Therefore, you can replace whichever meals you like with the Slender Blend and Slender Porridge. We just recommend having one nutritious wholefoods meal a day (whether this be lunch or dinner).
What's the best type of milk to mix with the Slender Blend?
It’s completely down to personal preference. The Slender Blend can be mixed with water or milk. We recommend an unsweetened nut milk such as almond milk as this is still low in calories. However, make sure you use one that is fortified so you don’t miss out on essential nutrients (calcium and vitamin D).
Do I need to exercise whilst on the Slender Plan?
You can lose weight without exercising. However, exercising (in particular HIIT and resistance training) will help to maximise fat loss results.
Do I have to follow the recipes in the booklet?
The recipes in the book are just a guideline that follow the recommended calorie and nutrient intake. However, feel free to get creative with your own recipes. If you need more inspiration we have lots of recipes available on our recipes page: https://www.proteinworld.com/recipes
Can I drink tea and coffee on the Slender Plan?
Yes, you can drink tea and coffee whilst on the plan. We would just suggest being aware of your overall caffeine intake throughout the day. The Your Plan also contains Slender Tea!
