Break A Sweat
“My biggest piece of advice is to remind ourselves that we all have to start somewhere. I also love that someone once told me you can't get it all in one day. I remember when I first started I was so frustrated that I did not have this body in the first week I started working out. Obviously if it was easy everybody would have their dream bodies, but it takes work and perseverance. It takes dedication and literal sweat and tears. That said, it's the most rewarding feeling ever.”
New To Training
"Intimidation is a huge factor. When walking into a gym, beginners often feel intimidated. Like they are the skinniest or fattest person there or that they are too weak. Use this as your motivation."
Get Stronger | Think Clearer
- "You must remember to set realistic goals. Things that you can hit.
- Start Slowly
- But reward yourself when you hit that goal... then set a new goal
- Im a visual person, so I like to have goals visually."
Inspire. Be Real. Work Hard.
My biggest tip is, don’t compare yourself to anybody else's body. We all are shaped so differently and we all need different tools to lose weight or gain weight faster. I think the best tip is to genuinely know your body and pay attention to yourself.
Taking regular transformation photos is a great way to track your progress and keep you motivated!

"Satisfaction is feeling comfortable in your clothes and knowing that you put in this work and effort and you, all by yourself, got yourself to where you are right now. The best satisfaction is being able to keep up in the gym and genuinely feel bad ass."

"For me, I started slowly on a diet. It's going to get tough but anything worth having is worth fighting for. Remember, if you fall down and if you mess up on your diet… don't stay down. You get back up and you say: “OK tomorrow I'm going to work out a little bit harder.” We all have those days, but it's nothing to completely fall off track about. Let that just motivate you to be that much better the following day."

Feeling Good Is A Style Worth Flaunting
"I do a ton of tricep work if I'm on the road, I do push ups or dips just in my hotel room. It is so easy to keep up your arms. Initially, it was a daunting thought but now I wouldn't have it any other way.
My arms used to be my biggest insecurity on my body. They would never tone up and they were mushy and fat with absolutely no structure. Now I have defined arms and it's almost like my trophy that I'm allowed to show off."
