THE GOAL

Using the Slender Plan, Jack is on a mission to lose weight and get fit for his big return to the boxing ring in March. Jack started boxing when he was 14 and has had 26 fights in total. In March he will go head to head with a celebrity opponent in a charity boxing match, and is training hard to improve his fitness, strength and mindset to head into the ring feeling confident.

Jack has always been happy with his appearance, and was never bothered by the oiled up abs in the Love Island villa - one of the many reasons the nation fell in love with him! Now he has a goal to get into his best shape ever, to be able to perform at his peak doing what he loves when he steps in to the ring. Jack is training five times a week to improve his strength, condition and fitness alongside using the Slender Plan to supplement his diet.

You can't out train a bad diet so Jack is being supported by the PW nutritionists, which are also accessible to you too!
