Grilled Sea Bass & Sesame Greens

Ingredients

  • 1 fillet sea bass
  • 2 heads of pak choi
  • 1 cup of kale
  • 3 broccoli florets
  • 1 pepper
  • 1/2 red chilli
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • thumb of fresh ginger

Method

  • Grill the seabass for 12 minutes or until cooked through
  • Whilst the fish is cooking stir fry all the vegetables together, along with the chilli, garlic and ginger in a tsp of coconut oil before adding in the soy sauce and sesame seeds
  • Serve the grilled fish with the stir fried veg and add a portion of brown rice if you have had a heavy workout day
