Larger-than-life celebrity trainer Faisal Abdalla has amassed a loyal Instagram following thanks to his infectious energy and endless enthusiasm. Known as Mr PMA, he is all about positive mental attitude and the belief that you need to work your mind as hard as your body for real results. With years of experience as a Nike and Barry's Bootcamp master trainer, Faisal is one of the best in the business and was recently named as one of the fittest men in the industry along with huge names like Conor McGregor and Usain Bolt. His intense HIIT workouts get his clients, who include pop star Ellie Goulding, not only sweating from head to toe, but smiling from ear to ear.
This made me want study to be a personal trainer. So in March this year I took the course, learnt a lot and started training people in June this year. I started Instagram to see where it could take me and to share what I learnt with others. I get such enjoyment out of seeing others set and achieve their goals, being able to motivate people and seeing people have their off days and helping push them through. I still have lots to learn and try to be as interactive with everyone as I can, responding to any questions to help people lead a healthier and happier lifestyle. My favorite products are the slender blend and there new slender blend prorridge. Most of my clients come to me with the same requests, to build a butt, gain some ab definition and blast away those bingo wings. My key top tips for these specific issues are:
Mix it up - make sure your training styles don't go stale on you! I am a massive fan of weight training for bulking my bottom half, HIIT for fat burning and plyometrics for a real burn. I also recommend cardio - I sprint three times a week and for me, this was a massive factor when trying to gain ab definition and overall fitness improvements
Another top tip - music is key! If you want a great workout make sure you have a good pair of headphones and a great playlist to get you in the mood and keep you motivated!
Above all - enjoy it! Exercise is a friend not an enemy
