Slender Caramel Frappuccino Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • 4 scoops chocolate slender blend
  • 2 tsp espresso
  • 400ml almond milk
  • 1tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Caramel sauce (Optional)
  • 3 tbsp coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp water
  • ½ tsp lemon juice

Method

  • Add all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth
  • Add ice cubes to achieve the right consistency
  • Caramel sauce
  • Mix coconut sugar, water, and lemon juice in a medium pan over a medium heat and bring to a boil
  • Immediately add the coconut milk (pour slowly), and vanilla. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the liquid becomes thick and dark. Be sure to stir occasionally and scrape the edges of the pot with a rubber spatula to avoid burning.
  • Remove from heat once it’s thick and cool it down to room temperature
  • For best results, store in a jar in the refrigerator overnight
