I absolutely love these flapjacks!! totally delicious... I actually forgot to put the milk in the mixture the first time I baked them, and now that I've baked them with the milk included I prefer without! I also found it easier to spread the mixture out too, so possibly an unnecessary additional ingredient, or for those who don't drink milk, then it's good to know it's not required :)
