I bought the salted caramel flavour, SO nice!! I’ve tried protein shakes before and found them powdery or they just don’t taste like the flavour at all, and this is from someone who is so fussy! 100% recommend
The new flavour hasn’t really got a flavour
When you smell it from the packet, if you’ve ever had coffee creams from Thornton’s that’s what’s it’s like. Once you’ve put the milk and a few ice cubes in, the flavour is gone; and if it’s there it’s very subtle. But I’ve been using ProteinWorld Shakes for years and they’ve truly helped me. Other flavours I’ve used, and they’re are amazing. They hold a good range now.
Salted Caramel & Strawberry are my favourite and very tasty.
Peanut Butter smells like peanut butter but doesn't taste anything like it, leaves bits and a strange after taste.
Banana smells like banana and tastes like the banana foam sweets, a little too sweet for me.
Banana, Strawberry & Salted Caramel - I had with unsweetened almond milk and just shook in the bottle and came out very smooth. To make thicker, make a few hours early and leave in the fridge.
Lost 3lbs in a week while eating clean but not doing any exercise.

Excellent! I’m 37 and in the last 3 years I gave up smoking had another baby so piled on the pounds. Since March 2019 I started having two shakes a day with a bit of fruit and I use either almond or coconut milk, alongside this I cut out all fizzy drinks and drink more water. I started the couch to 5k app and up to today 31/05/19 I’ve lost 1 stone 7 lbs!!! I’ve only tried the chocolate shake but it tastes great, I love it!!
