This IBCAA is awesome! Since I’ve started drinking it during my workouts I’ve noticed that my stamina has improved and also my recovery time is sooo much quicker! My muscles are definitely less sore the next day or 2 post intensive workout! Highly recommend!

I have only tried the iced peach tea and it tastes so good, prefect with loads of ice and cold water, just tastes like juice (squash) I drink this 30 minutes before going to the gym and really helps me push harder and improves my workouts!

Summer fruits was OK... but the peach tea version is delicious!! Beforehand I was worried that it was going to be too sweet but it has just the right level of sweetness. Its perfect it you like to workout in the morning, it will definitely help you get the most out of your session. I would highly recommend this product!

I used to go to Starbucks and get a large iced peach tea every morning before the gym- But this has completely changed that for me!!! Its not sickly sweet and blends really well in smoothies too. Would definitely recommend! Gives you loads of energy before the gym, giving you that added buzz.

The Peach tea flavour is completely different to the summer fruits. Where the summer fruits has a slight after taste, the Peach Tea doesn't and just tastes like really great squash!

Great for the English weather at the moment, and perfect with lots of ice after the gym.

Taste so good - the smell is intense (as I expected) but once mixed so nice and fruity and they mix really well. No nasty bits just a smooth liquid consistency. I use these before and during workouts. I definitely feel like I'm recovering faster and not so sore the next day. Highly recommend :)

Nutrition

The IBCAA Blend contains three key amino acids that help your body convert protein into muscle through the process of protein synthesis and recover from exercise. The human body doesn’t produce theses amino acids naturally so they need to be ingested through out diet. Supplementing with this blend will prevent muscle breakdown and aid lean tissue growth.

The addition of L-Carnitine supports the use of fat as fuel during exercise, promoting increase fat burning. L-Tyrosine, Taurine & Choline Bitartrate have been added to give a cognitive boost to enhance mental performance, blood flow and reduce fatigue. How to Use
