This was good enough for breakfast during my diet period. I bought the chocolate and golden syrup flavour. The chocolate flavour was nice but the syrup flavour wasn't that great and in the end i mixed the two together just to lessen the taste of the golden syrup. I think if i wasnt dieting I wouldn't eat this but it was fine for diet period. Edible and filling.
I love this porridge. It doesn't have that horrible after taste of protein like other protein products. I love the choc one with some strawberries in it or a banana. I did find I had to microwave it about 2 mins longer than recommended but that could just be my microwave.
Not to my taste
I wanted porridge with very little sugar content and this fit the bill. However, I purchased the chocolate flavour and I'm not a fan. I have mine with almond milk which might be the reason why. All in all, I won't be repurchasing the chocolate flavour but I might give the others a go (though I might not considering the chocolate one didn't go so well). Also, it's quite pricey for porridge. On a more positive note, I really like that there are added vitamins, guarana extract and green tea extract! The porridge itself mixes fine - no problems there.
Quick, easy to make and amazing taste
I love the vanilla flavour this is my second buy of the porridge. I never liked porridge before but protein world one is top notch. I’ve been making this every morning and it keeps me full right up to lunch time. I add 1 small tsp of cinnamon as that also aids in weight loss. It is really easy to make good for those who are in a hurry in the morning, definitely give this porridge a try you will love it :)
Keeps me full until lunch
I have only tried the vanilla flavour, it has a slightly artificially sweet taste initially. I've experimented with adding different things and my favourite is a large spoonful of homemade stewed apples (no added sugar) and a sprinkling of cinnamon. I use almond milk. I mix my 4 scoops of porridge mix with around 180ml of milk and cook it for a bit longer than the instructions give. Its a really filling breakfast and my weight loss from this and a shake at lunch has been great.
