""I have had arthritis for a couple of years and as a result, I hadn’t been able to train much. It left me with a much lower level of fitness and I had lost all muscle tone which was really knocking my confidence. "I had lost weight before and knew I had to do it again but just needed help getting started. I was eating for the sake of it and not caring about the consequences, but when my clothes started to no longer fit it made me feel worse and I would just eat more to comfort myself. It was great to start having a proper breakfast, and the fact that it tasted so nice was a bonus! "I am a working mother of two young boys, very busy, on the go all the time and find it hard to fit healthy meals in to my day. I have always gone for quick fixes and unhealthy snacks in the past but The Slender Plan is so convenient, its great to know that I can eat healthy on the go and I've loved experimenting with different smoothie recipes. My confidence was very low before the transformation, but now I feel fitter, healthy and strong.
